He has spearheaded one of the continent’s most extensive biometric databases, securing over 100 million voter records and supporting democratic processes through key roles with ECOWAS, UNDP, and UN missions in Liberia. His expertise extends to health informatics, where he led the development of electronic medical records and surveillance systems at the University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB) in Nigeria.
Currently serving as Chief Technology Architect at Queryfier LLC and Co-Organizer at the Centre for Applied Machine Learning and Data Science, Collins is dedicated to bridging technology gaps and fostering research-driven innovation.
