Dr. Cletus Chukwuma Nwakpu is a Senior Lecturer at Ebonyi State University, Abakaliki, Nigeria, with an illustrious career in agricultural education and development. Born on May 3, 1963, in Ebonyi State, Dr. Nwakpu holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics, specializing in Farm Management and Production Economics, from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (2008).
He has an illustrious career in Agricultural Production and Development Economics, complemented by impressive academic qualifications, including an MSc in Agricultural Economics (2000), a BSc in Vocational Agricultural Education (1992), and an NCE in Agricultural Science (1989).
Dr. Nwakpu has held significant roles, including State Project Coordinator of the World Bank-assisted 3rd National FADAMA Development Project and Director of Rural Institution Development at Ebonyi State ADP. With extensive experience in teaching, extension services, and rural development, he has participated in numerous international trainings and conferences.
Dr. Nwakpu’s expertise in Agricultural Production and Development economics makes him an invaluable contributor to the Pilot Agrivoltaic Project, fostering sustainable farming and community empowerment.
